I saw this recipe I saw on Joyofbaking.com two night ago and told myself I got to make some of that. Hubby loves cheesecake so yesterday I made some.. I only made 6 individual cheesecake instead of 12.. I only had one package of cream cheese.. The recipe calls for 2.. So I had to cut all the ingredients in half.. For the crust.. I didn’t make it.. I had a few pie crust I bought from Walmart for months ago.. Should of bought a lot more LOL.. They were only $0.50 each too.. Well anyways I took one of the pie crust and smashed it into crumbs.. Cheesecake came out perfect.. Hubby loves it too.. Recipe can be found at Joy of Baking or below the picture.

Individual Cheesecake
